ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. It is seen that the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Madurai has sent a communication bearing D.No.1878 dated 09.07.2018 to the District Collector for assessing the value of the petition mentioned property. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date there is no response.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to forward the copy of the papers to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to send an appropriate communication to the second respondent so as to comply with the demand of the civil Court. The second respondent will carry out the assessment as expeditiously as possible and submit report to the civil Court. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
