ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent Police to collect the document, which is in possession of petitioner's mother.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that based on the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.944 of 2023 and the same was also closed. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the concerned Civil Court.
