PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23/9/2023 and 2/10/2023,within the period stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Haja Mohideen Advocate.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23/9/2023 and 2/10/2023,within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. On the strength of the interim order that is passed by the Tribunal in I.A.No.569 of 2023 in O.A.No.76 of 2023, restraining the private respondents from entering into the property and from interfering the possession, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent seeking Police protection, since trouble has been made by the private respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation that is made by the petitioner is kept pending. Further, summons were issued to the petitioner and the counter parties. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the both sides, let the above said representation of the petitioner be disposed by summoning the parties after conducting enquiry by ascertaining the ground situation and on its own merits within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
