Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17560 of 2023, dated 29.09.2023. 2.The defacto complainant has filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent, on the ground that one of the injured was in hospital at the relevant point of time. 3.However, this Court is of the view that the aforesaid ground is not a valid ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
