Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).Nos.2220 and 2227 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.2490 and 2493 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023.

2.Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
