PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.181 of 2017 pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.

3. The request of the petitioner is reasonable. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam to dispose O.S.No.181 of 2017 preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
