PRAYER: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, praying this Court against the Order dated 29.08.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 13174 of 2013.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. The appellant is the school management. It is a non-minority institution. It appointed one J.Alagan as BT assistant (History) with effect from 15.11.2012. Admittedly, it is beyond the cut off date which is 29.07.2011. The teacher working in a non-minority institution has to have TET qualification. Want of TET qualification is fatal. Therefore, the learned single Judge rightly dismissed the writ petition. Interference with the said order is not warranted.
