O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent/CEO in Oo.Mu.No.1010/A4/2023 dated 31.05.2023 and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent DEO in Oo.Mu.No.1394/Aa3/2023 dated 07.06.2023 and seeking consequential direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Leebon Joseph as BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioner's school w.e.f., 01.04.2021 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowance with all attendant benefits. 2/4

2. In the very same decision have been considered by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.25712 of 2024 dated 14.10.2025. The reasons attributed by this Court in the order made in WP.(MD).No.25712 of 2024 is squarely applies to the present case.

3. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned order dated 31.05.2023 and the consequential proceedings dated 07.06.2023. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 31.05.2023 & 07.06.2023 are set aside and the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to approve the appointment of S.Leebon Joseph as BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioner's school w.e.f., 01.04.2021 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowance with all attendant benefits.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.10.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no gvn 3/4
