O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No. 57 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Taluk Police Station, Bodinayakanur, Theni District as far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.The petitioner is the second accused person in Crime No. 57/2023 on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC. Seeking quashment of the same, this petition has been filed on various grounds.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in this case is completed and the final report is also made ready on 30.09.2023. It will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.

4.Let the above said final report be presented before the concerned Court immediately, so that the petitioner can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. On such filing, the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned is to process the final report within the time stipulated as prescribed under the Rules.
