O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information report in Crime No.320/2023 dated 06.09.2023 on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.320 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 506(i) and 109 IPC and Sections 3(1)(w)(1) and 3(2)(va) pf SC/ST (PoA) Amendment Act, 2015 against the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on 21.11.2023, Final Report has been presented before the concerned Court, but it has not been taken cognizance so far.

4. Perusal of CD file shows that the investigation Crime No.320 of 2023 is completed and Final Report has been presented through E-Filing before the concerned Court.

5. There shall be direction to the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Amendment Act, Srivilliputhur, 2/4

Virdhunagar District, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rules. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the contention of above said Final Report in the manner known to law, if so aggrieved.

6. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
