This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 to call for the records relating to the order in Cr.M.P.No.1745 of 2022 dated 18/08/2002 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge for PCR Act cases Madurai and set aside the same and grant bail.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.A.Vadivel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.A.(MD).No.533 of 2022, dated 13.09.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that since the petitioner is suffering from back pain, he could not comply with the condition.
3.Only considering the gravity of the offence, the petitioner was directed to stay at Trichy, till the examination of material witnesses, are over.

4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner shall comply with the condition imposed by this Court and he can revive his petition, after the examination of material witnesses.
