[Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.] When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal, as the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and in this regard, a letter, dated 08.12.2020 has also been circulated to the Registry.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and in view of the above said letter, dated 08.12.2020, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
