This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022 and to file the final report with a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that it is a case and counter case. In both the cases, investigation is still pending. He seeks two months time to file the final report before the Court concerned. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending investigation. The Respondent is directed to complete the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
