ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate departmental action as against the third respondent for cheating the writ petitioner by receiving Rs.2,00,000/- from the writ petitioner under the guise of providing job.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that on 31.12.2022, the third respondent has already been placed under suspension. For the above said charges, an enquiry officer has also been appointed. A perusal of the typed set of papers indicate that the petitioner has already lodged a complaint before the Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai in FIR No.3 of 2023 as against the third respondent herein which is said to be under investigation. Since departmental proceedings have already been initiated and enquiry is pending, no further orders could be passed in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the above said facts, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
