ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the petitioner's complaint enquiry from the file of the second respondent to some other competent investigating officer other than the second respondent.

2.As per the directions of this Court, Mr.R.Stalin, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Karaikudi and Mr.C.Raj Kumar, Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, Karaikudi, are present before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that subsequent to the filing of the complaint, the FIR came to be registered in Crime No.12 of 2023 on 10.01.2023, for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 420, 294(b), 506(1) IPC against the third respondent and one Sentamil Bavai and the same is pending.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
