Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in MCOP No.581 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court to deal with MCOP Cases, Tiruchirappalli dated 12.07.2023 pending disposal of the above appeal.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.34801 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objections to this petition.
