The instant Writ Petition has been filed by the daughter of a deceased employee, who was working in the Educational Department, seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent for issuance of Integrated Certificate in Form-II for claiming appointment on Compassionate grounds.
2. The petitioner herein has made an application on 06.09.2024 to the respondent herein seeking Integrated Certificate. Though the said representation has been received by the respondent through registered post, so far, orders have not been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on 06.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
