PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for the act of contempt committed by him for disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12023 of 2023, dated 17.05.2023.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.12023 of 2023, dated 17.05.2023. by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 07.08.2023. The closure report was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy by filing an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate seeking for registration of FIR.
