ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.ii the petitioner / accused shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri everyday at 10.00a.m., until further orders and thereafter as and when 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case this Court is of the view that as against the modification of the condition in bail granted by the Court below, revision only lies.

4. In view of the above the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court.
