This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.554 of 2021 dated 04.10.2021 and tp file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that the investigation had been completed. He seeks two weeks time to file the final report and number the same before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second Respondent is directed to lay the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
