O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents Police to issue look out circular in Crime No.13 of 2023 on the file of the AWPS, Palani, Dindigul District.

2. Pending this matter, by the order dated 01.11.2023, the matter was ordered to the Mediation Centre. It has been stated that even though the third respondent appeared several times before the Mediation Centre, the petitioner did not. Because of non co-operation on the side of the petitioner only, the matter could not be settled.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is suffering from some health ailments and taking treament in the hospital.

4. Whatever it may be, the look out notice cannot be issued at the instance of this petitioner. It is in the domain of second respondent herein, who is investigation officer. If the investigation officer wants further statement of the petitioner, that may be recorded. Now the investigation is under way. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. So, absolutely I find no reason to entertain this petition.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
