2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that a final report has been filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, on 20.03.2023.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule and Liberty is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
