learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the case filed by the respondent, in H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2023 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, has already been dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this present petition.
