ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sivakasi, in Crl.M.P.No.4733/2022, on 07.11.2022.

2.The petition that was filed by the petitioner came to be allowed partly and so far as money is concerned, it was dismissed on the ground that only during the course of investigation it will be found that whether it is a profit of crime. If it is profit of crime, then the petitioner is not entitled for the interim custody of the money.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now final report is going to be filed after receiving the Medical Report. 4.The petitioner can revive the application for return of money after the examination of P.W.1 is over.
