[Cause title is accepted vide court order dated 25.11.2022 made in C.M.P.(MD)No.11363 of 2022] PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to pass an order setting aside the order dated 24.06.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in A.S.No.3 of 2020 by the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, thereby allowing the Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 24.06.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in A.S.No.3 of 2020 by the Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the impugned I.A.No.1 of 2021, seeking to call for the records relating to O.S.No.176 of 2004. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays to permit the petitioner to apply for certified copy for securing the documents, enabling the petitioner to argue the case in A.S.No.3 of 2020. 3.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, permits the petitioner to file an appropriate petition seeking certified copy for securing the documents, enabling the petitioner to argue the case in A.S.No.3 of 2020.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed, with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
