ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 64 of BNS, Act in Crime No.27 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner said to have promised the defacto complainant to marry had physical relationship with her and subsequently refused, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
