CMP(MD) No.11813 of 2019 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.S.Srimathy, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and none appeared either in person or by an Advocate for the Respondent, while admitting the Writ Appeal, the court made the following order:- Despite printing the name of the respondent in the cause list, none appears on behalf of the respondent.
Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners/appellants submitted that the scope of G.O.Ms.No.101, School Education Department(Budget 1) Department, dated 13.05.2018, has been completely overlooked by the learned Judge. In such view of the matter, the interim stay already granted is made absolute.
