ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the mother of the Life Convict stating that her son suffered fracture in his right leg knee and therefore, require special medical care and hence representation has been given to the jail authorities, but no action has been taken so far. Hence, this petition.

2. However, from the report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that fractured injuries is actually in the left leg and that was attended by the jail doctor and healed. Further, the report of the Page No.2 of 5

prison doctor also indicates that for the present no surgical treatment was required for the Life Conflict.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction that in future if there is any medical attention is required, particularly, if any surgical intervention is required, the prison authorities shall make appropriate arrangements for taking care of the Life Convict by providing adequate medical attention.
