ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPA Act, 1/3

1985, in Crime No.384 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were in illegal possession of 1.540 Kgs of ganja.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that 1.540kgs of ganja was recovered from the A-3 and A-4 and that they are said to have confessed that they procured the same from A-1 and A-2 and considering that sofar the material against the petitioner in the nature of CDR particulars etc., and the anticipatory bail originally filed by the petitioner being dismissed, I do not see any further circumstances to entertain this third anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner. In spite of dismissal of the earlier bail application, no progress is made. Hence, the copy shall be placed before the Superior Officials concerned.
