ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to rectify the petitioner's father-in-law name found in the computer entries of the third respondent office as Mohammed Ibrahim Sha @ R.S.E.Moosa instead of Mohammed Ibrahim in the light of the petitioner's last representation dated 10.10.2022. 2.Heard Mr.S.Muthukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner's father-in-law is wrongly mentioned in the computer entries of the third respondent regarding the Patta No.1247.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner has been considered and necessary correction has also been effected in the computer entries. To substantiate the same, the learned 2/4

Additional Government Pleader has produced the copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.B4/5025/2022, dated 19.11.2022 and the same is placed on record.
