It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he is instructed that the petitioner is facing only two criminal cases, whereas the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent, by producing the case particulars, would submit that totally, nine criminal cases are registered against the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
