PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.137 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022 on the file of the respondent Police and to quash the same.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.137 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent FIR in Crime No.137 of 2022 has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioners. Hence, the present petition is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.137 of 2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned trial Court. He would further submitted that the matter was compromised between the parties before the trial Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

5.This criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.11.2023 NCC :
