ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. H. Velavadhas, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. S.S. Madhavan , Government Advocate for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:
"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners on 26.10.2022 in Cr.A.(MD)No.643 of 2022.
