ORDER : This Petition coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 11.10.2023 and the requisition letter of Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, vide letter in D.No.437 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024, this court made the following order:

This Court, while disposing of this Criminal Original Petition in Crl OP(MD) No.18154 of 2023, by its order dated 11.10.2023 has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai to dispose of the case in CC No.60 of 2023 within a period 1/3

of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai has circulated a letter dated 04.04.2024 through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, seeking six months time to dispose of CC No.60 of 2023 that the above case was adjourned for examination of PW 3 and PW 4 on the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Judicial Magistrate, six months time is granted as requested by the learned Magistrate to dispose of the above case in CC No.60 of 2023.
