PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

ORDER
This Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Petitioner's wife had filed a Petition in Cr.M.P.No.14957 of 2022 under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Dindigul. Based on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, the second Respondent had issued summon to the Petitioner. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner had approached this Court.
3.By way of rejoinder, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that already the Petitioner's wife gave a complaint against the Petitioner before the second Respondent. After enquiry, the second Respondent had closed the said complaint. However, she gave another complaint before the Thadikombu Police Station, in which, an FIR was registered. Therefore, the Petitioner seeks direction to the Respondent 2/4
Police not to harass him and his family members. 4.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry with the second Respondent. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to harass the Petitioner and also to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
