PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the R1 and R2 to direct R3 and R4 for not to harass the petitioners in the name of the enquiry in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first and second respondents to direct the respondents 3 and 4 for not to harass the petitioners, in the name of the enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that based on the complaint given by one Perumal Naickar against the petitioners enquiry has been conducted. Since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and directed them to resolve their issue before the Civil Court, the same was closed.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
