2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner in Crime No.57 of 2019 had been completed, charge sheet had also been filed before the Court concerned. and the same was numbered as in C.C.No.33 of 2021. He further submitted that the case is posted to 29.11.2022.
