This petition has been filedto direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body and person of the wife of the petitioner namely R.Poojapriya W/o.Rameshkumar aged about 34 years from the alleged illegal custody of the 3rd respondent. 2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner alleging that his wife R.Poojapriya, aged about 34 years was missing from house, the 2nd respondent conducted investigation and found that the alleged detenue was eloped with the 3rd respondent and thereafter, she was secured and her statement was recorded and the complaint has been closed. Even thereafter, again, the wife of the petitioner viz., Poojapriya eloped with the 3rd respondent and therefore, direction cannot be issued, since the wife of the petitioner is aged about 34 years and she herself eloped with the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.17727 of 2019 3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Family Court, in accordance with law.
