School on 16.06.2023 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.10824 of 2021, with all attendance and other benefits within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant (Mathematics) appointed in the third respondent School, seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to approve her appointment.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed on 01.06.2023 in the third respondent School and the third respondent has forwarded the proposal on 16.06.2023, to the first respondent herein for approval. However, so far orders have not been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/5

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the third respondent Management and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
