Assistant (Economics).

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to award marks in the online examination conducted by the first respondent on 27.09.2019 and further direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature for appointment to the post of P.G. Assistant (Economics).
2.In similar circumstances, this Court, by order dated 14.11.2019 directed the Teachers Recruitment Board/first respondent to constitute an Expert Committee in the subjects, which are under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.25097 of 2019 challenge in the writ petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.23238 of 2019 etc., batch on or before 18.11.2019, consisting the members, who are not in the earlier committee. The petitioners therein are directed to submit their objections on or before 21.11.2019 along with materials, which they relied on in respect of their claims that the key answers are not correct. On receiving such objections, the Expert Committee is directed to consider the objections and take a decision on or before 28.11.2019.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Principal Bench of this Court extended the time till today for filing objections. Today, the petitioner is also waiting to file objection before the first respondent.
4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to submit her objections today (26.11.2019) before 06.00 p.m. On receiving the objections, the Expert Committee is directed to consider the objections and take a decision along with other matters. It is made clear that further claim will not be entertained in this regard.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
