ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his wife life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2019.

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 as against the fourth respondent, is pending with the file of the third respondent. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the third respondent.
