When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents confirmed that the offending mud road along with culvert has been illegally formed by the fourth respondent and that steps are being taken to remove the same. The authorities are mandated to remove the illegally formed road as expeditiously as possible.
