ORDER
This petition was filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Court, Thoothukudi. 1/4
2. During the pendency of this petition, a joint compromise memo came to be filed by the petitioner and the second respondent on the ground that the petitioner had married the second respondent and the second respondent also did not have any objection to quash the proceedings.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) brought to the notice of this Court the Judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.151 of 2019 dated 23.06.2022, whereby the petitioner was acquitted from all the charges. The Judgment was also placed before this Court.
