PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.A2/4873/2021, dated 02.11.2022, passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal.

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 02.11.2022, passed by the second respondent, proposing to take possession of the secured asset.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this writ petition with liberty to file time extension application or appropriate application in the earlier writ petition for appropriate relief and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
