This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioners herein under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that current paper is pending on the file of the second Respondent Police. 3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The second Respondent is directed not to cause summon to the Petitioners at odd hours and also to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013
