ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent and their subordinates not to harass and not to ill-treat the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that C.S.R.No. 761 of 2022 was registered and the same is pending. 3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The second Respondent is also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
