2. The petitioner is a third party to the subject proceedings. His property is said to have been attached. The petitioner filed I.A.No.6 of 2024 for raising attachment. The Deputy Registrar of Chits, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law and after due notice to the other parties within a period of three months from the next hearing date.
