2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 21.12.2023. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 28.02.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,28.02.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
