This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in C.NO.12/SDO PKM/2023 dated 01.10.2023 and quash the same as it is illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the festival of Arulmigu Pattalamman Muthaiah Swamy Temple, Melamangalam Village with participation of people belonged all streets in the village including Ammapatti Street without giving first honour to anybody in the temple festival scheduled to be held on 09.10.2023 to 17.10.2023.

2. A similar matter came up for hearing yesterday (05.10.2023) in W.P.(MD) No.24205 of 2023. Even at the time of hearing, the petitioner 2/4

was represented by his counsel and was also permitted to intervene and he made submissions. On hearing both sides, an order has been passed by this Court by giving some directions.

3. In view of the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.24205 of 2023, this matter has now become infructuous.
