The petitioners seem to have made an application through online for approval of lay out on 20.08.2018 in online application No.201800801012224 followed by the representation dated 24.08.2019, which is yet to be considered by the authorities. 2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondent though originally stated that there was no online application available, on seeing the copy of the form in the typed book, admitted that there is an application form, but, it was sent without the required annexures to be attached. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.25375 of 2019 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would immediately send the necessary documents, which are to be annexed along with the online lay out application. 4.In view of the said submission, the petitioners are directed to send all the required documents to the respondent. On receipt of such documents, the respondent is directed to consider the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such documents.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
